ITINERARY

Day 1, Tuesday, June 19, Departure
Departure from the US to Milan.

Day 2, Wednesday, June 20, Milan
On arrival at Milan Malpensa airport, assistance and transfer to the hotel combined with Milan city tour. Visit the Duomo. Dinner at hotel.

Day 3, Thursday, June 21, Milan
Full day excursion to Lake Como and Bellagio. Enjoy one hour lake cruise and visit the gardens of Villa Olmo. Return to Milan for dinner.

Day 4, Friday, June 22, Verona
Departure for Sirmione and Lago di Garda. Enjoy the lake and the village before proceeding to Verona. Afternoon walking tour of Verona with local guide to see the Roman Arena, Juliet's House with its balcony. Dinner at hotel.

Day 5, Saturday, June 23, Venice/Mestre
Continuation in the morning to Padova. Guided city tour and leisure time. Evening arrival in Venice/Mestre. Dinner at local Restaurant.

Day 6, Sunday June 24, Venice/Mestre
Full day excursion to Venice Island. Assistance and transfer to the pier to take a boat to Piazza San Marco. During our guided walking tour, we'll view St. Mark's Cathedral. the Doges' Palace and the Bridge of Sighs. Leisure time till dinner at local restaurant. Return to Venice/ Mestre after dinner.

Day 7, Monday, June 25, Florence
Morning drive to Florence. Check-in at hotel and afternoon at leisure to walk around Florence. Museums are closed on Mondays. Dinner at hotel.

Day 8, Tuesday, June 26, Florence
Morning walking tour with guide including tickets to the Academy where we'll see the David of Michelangelo. Afternoon at leisure. Dinner at hotel.

Day 9, Wednesday, June 27, Rome
Morning drive to Rome. Afternoon sight-seeing with guide to visit Antique Rome: the Forum and the Colosseum. Dinner at local restaurant.

Day 10, Thursday, June 28, Rome
Transfer by coach to go to Vatican City for a guided tour of St Peter's Basilica and the Vatican Museums including the Sistine Chapel. Return to our hotel on our own after leisure time. Dinner at local restaurant.

Day 11, Friday, June 29, Rome
Full day at leisure to walk around the Old City. Dinner at local restaurant.

Day 12, Saturday , June 30, Return
Transfer to Fiumicino airport for your flight home.

The price of $2995.00 includes:

  • Flights from Philadelphia to Milan with AIR FRANCE
  • "Q" taxes for fuel surcharge @ $150.00
  • Airport taxes and security fees at $ 100.00 subject to increase
  • Registration fee @ $ 95.00
  • Accommodation in a double or a triple room at 3 and 4 star hotels for 10 nights.
  • Buffet breakfast and dinner daily.
  • Guided city tours with licensed guides
  • Entrance fees as per itinerary.
  • Assistance of 2 tour leaders during the whole tour.
  • Deluxe motor coach.

The price of $2995.00 DOES NOT include:

  • Single supplement @ $ 365.00
  • Gratuities to local guides, drivers.
  • Drinks and tips at restaurants
  • Meals which are not mentioned in itinerary
  • Optional travel insurance
  • Passport and visa fees
    Everyone needs a passport valid till Dec. 30, 2007. If you are not an American citizen, a visa may be required
  • Cost of personal items such as phone, laundry, etc.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Payment schedule:

  • $ 95.00 at time of registration (non refundable
  • $ 800.00 within 30 days after the registration - with optional travel insurance.
  • $ 700.00 by November 2, 2006
  • $ 700.00 by March 2, 2007
  • $ 700.00 by April 27, 2007

A $15.00 bank fee will apply on all returned checks.

Since the merchant account service charges have not been included in the price of the trip, if you wish to pay by Visa, Master Card or American Express, a 3.5% fee will apply on the amounts paid with these credit cards.

Cancellations:

All cancellations must be processed in writing. Then, the following penalties will apply in addition to the non-refundable registration fee:

  • $ 200.00 for cancellation received between Nov. 3, 2006 and March 3, 2007.
  • 50% of the trip cost for cancellation received between March 3 and April 27, 2007
  • 100%of the trip cost for cancellation received on April 28, 2007 and after, and for no-show.

Penalties:
Penalties will apply as per terms & conditions. Travel insurance is highly recommended to cover penalties in case of cancellation as per Access America contract.

Optional Travel Insurance:

The above policies must strictly apply and we strongly recommend that you avail yourself of a travel insurance program covering trip cancellation, medical expenses and baggage loss and / or damage. Please check with Celestial Voyagers for possible travel insurance. Premiums vary with age group. In order to cover pre-existing conditions you must buy insurance at the time you pay your first payment.
