ITINERARY

FRIDAY MARCH 7 DEPARTURE:
Depart by coach from Harrisburg Campus at 1:00pm to JFK airport
Driving time to JFK is approximately 3.5 hours
Check-in time is around 5:00pm
Departure of flight JJ 8081 is 7:40pm

SATURDAY MARCH 8 SALVADOR
Assistance and transfer upon arrival
Afternoon at leisure

SUNDAY MARCH 9 SALVADOR
Full day sightseeing with guide and coach (8 hour service)
Morning historical city tour
Visit the Museo Afro-Brasiliero
Visit Casa Branco Condomble (subject to availability and confirmation)

MONDAY MARCH 10 SALVADOR
Day at leisure
Evening Ballet Folklorico performance at Miguel Santana
Transfers are included

TUESDAY MARCH 11 SALVADOR / RIO VIA BRASILIA
Transfer to Salvador airport
Arrive Brasilia 9:30 am
Depart Brasilia 8:15 pm

TERMS & CONDITIONS

At Celestial Voyagers, our terms are based on contracts with airlines, hotels and other suppliers. The terms and stipulations mentioned below are bound by these contracts and will be strictly enforced.

Deposit: $ 300.00 before December 1st, 2007 of which $150.00 processing fee is non refundable.

For registrations after December 1st, full payment will be due

Final payment due January 11, 2008

Late fee (due to possible air fare increase):
$ 100.00 or more, applicable for trip registration and/or balance payments received after January 11, 2008.

Cancellation penalties:
All cancellations must be received in writing.

• $150.00 non refundable processing fee
• Additional $150.00 for cancellations between November 9, 2007 and December 14, 2007
• 50% of total price for cancellations between December 15, 2007 and January 18, 2008
• 100% of total price for cancellations on January 19 or later.
  We strongly recommend that you avail yourself of travel insurance as protection against these penalties. Please check with Celestial Voyagers for travel insurance plans and premiums.

DELIVERY OF AIRLINE TICKETS & TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
Travel documents will be sent to Penn State College and delivered by your professor.
If your documents have to be sent individually, you must submit your request with your address in writing; a $15.00 mailing fee will apply.
