ITINERARY
Day 1 Sunday, March 9 DEPART
Depart from JFK airport at 9:45am, with Delta Airlines flight # DL 0279. Checking should be between 7:00 and 7:30am. Arrival in Mexico City is at 1:17pm. Assistance and transfer to Hotel Montereal, in the city center.

Day 3 Tuesday, March 11 Mexico City
Day in Mexico City.
Day 4 Wednesday, March 12 Mexico City

Transfer and assistance to go to the airport. Delta flight DL# 278 leaves at 2:15pm and arrives JFK at 9:16pm

This price includes:
- Round trip flights from JFK to Mexico City with Delta Airlines.
- Airport and security taxes at $ 95.00 subject to adjustment at time of ticketing.
- 6 nights accommodation with double occupancy at the Hotel Montereal
- American breakfast daily
- Transfers airport / hotel / airport in Mexico City
- Assistance of Dr. John Dolis and other faculty members.
This price doesn’t include:
- Transportation to and from JFK airport.
- Single room supplement + $ 175.00
- Entrance fees to monuments, public transportation, tours.
- Merchant account fee of 3.5.% on payments made by credit cards with American Express, Visa or Master Card.
- Cost of personal items such as phone, drinks, laundry, etc.
- Meals other than specified
- Optional travel insurance
- Passport & visa fee
Everyone needs a passport valid until September 15, 2008. In case you are not an American citizen a visa may be required.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Your deposit will secure your reservation with Delta and the Hotel Monte Real in Mexico City. Your deposit must be sent with a copy of your passport, a copy of your registration on line or from the flyer, and the optional travel insurance premium if you choose this.

Balance due no later than November 23, 2007
Payments by credit cards:
Since the Merchant Account service charges have not been included in the price of the trip if you wish to pay by VISA or Mater Card or American Express, a 3.5% fee will apply on the amount paid with these credit cards.
In case of cancellation penalties will apply:
$150.00 processing fee if written cancellation is received prior to January 4, 2008.
Penalty of 50% of the cost of the trip if written cancellation is received between January 5 and January 25, 2008
Penalty of 100% of the cost of the trip if written cancellation is received after January 26, 2008 and in case of no-show.
These policies will be strictly enforced.
In case of cancellation for medical reasons, penalties will be covered under "ACCESS AMERICA" travel insurance if you purchase this.. Pre-existing conditions are covered only if insurance has been purchased at the time you paid your deposit.
TRIP REGISTRATION
To register by mail:
Mail the reservation form from the flyer with your $150.00 deposit and copy of your passport to Celestial Voyagers, 79 Watermill Lane, Great Neck, and NY 11021
To register online:
Fill in all information requested on the Celestial Voyagers reservation form, including the part for Penn State Students
In the comments box, please specify your rooming arrangements, the name of your roommate if you have one, or the request for a roommate to avoid – if possible – the single room supplement
Then, mail your $150.00 deposit with a print out of the reservation, and a copy of your passport within 7 days.
