ITINERARY

Day 1 Monday, July 7 Depart
Evening departure from Kennedy airport for your overnight flight to Amsterdam, via Paris with Air France.

Day 2 Tuesday, July 8 Amsterdam
Arrival in Amsterdam. Assistance and transfer by coach, to Hotel Casa 400, located near the metro station Amstel.

Day 3 Wednesday, July 9 Amsterdam
Morning guided city of Amsterdam. View Munt Tower, Rijks Museum, Royal Palace, Windmill Van Sloten. Visit Anne Frank’s Museum. Afternoon at leisure.

Day 4 Thursday, July 10 Amsterdam
Day at leisure in Amsterdam. Visit the Rijks Museum or enjoy a Canal Cruise

Day 5 Friday, July 11 Brussels
Departure by coach towards Belgium. Guided walking tour and canal cruise in Brugge. Guided walking tour in Ghent. Arrival in Brussels at dinnertime.

Day 6 Saturday, July 12 Paris
Morning guided tour of Brussels before going to Paris. Afternoon drive. Orientation city tour on arrival before going to the Mercure Bercy Hotel located in the 12th district, near the metro Bercy.

Day 7 Sunday, July 13 Paris
Day at leisure to visit Paris on your own. Visit the Louvre, the Musee d’Orsay or the Eiffel Tower. Or, go to Versailles to visit the Palace and enjoy the Water Fountains show.
Parisians will celebrate Bastille Day tonight and tomorrow. Free concerts and dancing at the local Fire House is the usual entertainment.

Day 8 Monday, July 14 Paris
Bastille Day! The morning parade on the Champs Elysees is quite a show! The Orsay Museum closes on Mondays, but the Louvre is open. Tonight enjoy the Fire Works at the Eiffel Tower with thousands of Parisians.

Day 9 Tuesday, July 15 London or Return
Transfer to CDG airport for your return flight to the US or transfer to train station to take the Eurostar to London.

London Extension:

Day 9 Tuesday, July 15 London
Morning transfer to train station to take the Eurostar across the English Channel. On arrival transfer combined with a 4-hour orientation city tour to view most of London landmarks

Day 10 Wednesday, July 16 London
Day at leisure in London.

Day 11 Thursday, July 17 London
Day at leisure in London.

Day 12 Friday, July 18 Return
Transfer to Heathrow airport to take your return flight to JFK, via Paris.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Payments
Your deposit will assure your reservation with the airlines, and the hotels. It must be sent with a copy of your passport (if possible), the registration form and the optional travel insurance premium. Then mail your deposit, within seven days.

Deposit $ 500.00 by check only, to be received prior to April 4, 2008 and within 7 days of your registration on line.
Balance due no later than April 25, 2008 by check, Visa, Master Card or American Express only.

After April 25, 2008 full payment is due with registration.

Since the Merchant Account service charges have not been included in the price, if you wish to pay by Visa, MC or American Express, a 3.5% fee will apply on the amount paid with these credit cards.

Cancellation penalties

• $150.00 processing fee is non refundable
• $ 200.00 penalty additional penalty for air and hotel if written cancellation is received between March 1 and April 25.
• Penalty of 50% of the total cost of the trip if written cancellation is received between April 26 and May 23.
• Penalty of 100% of the total cost of the trip if written cancellation is received after May 23 and in case of no-show.

These policies must strictly apply. If you purchase travel insurance, pre-existing conditions are covered only if premium has been paid with your deposit.
