Credit Courses:
A number of Penn State 3-credit courses, not requiring regular attendance at Brandywine campus, are offered in combination with all Brandywine International Studies trips. Approved full time students at all Penn State Campuses are eligible to take two courses (6 credits) at no additional cost. To establish eligibility at any Penn State campus, the student should obtain his/her adviser's permission to register then receive the confirmation of approval from the Brandywine DAA and from the teacher of the course. The courses may also be taken by non-Penn State students for transfer-credit, but in those cases the applicable tuition fee will apply.
Trip Registration versus Course Registration:
All travel arrangements are made through Celestial Voyagers, a fully insured tour operator. Do not contact Penn State professors or employees regarding flights, hotels or travel information. They may not have the very latest information.

Space may be available until February 11, 2010. Nevertheless, after January 4, 2010 airfare may increase and an additional $100.00 late fee will apply.
All check payments to be made out to Celestial Voyagers escrow account. Your deposit secures your reservation with the airline, the hotel and other suppliers. It must be sent with a copy of your passport and the registration form.

We accept Visa and MasterCard. Since Merchant fees are not included in the package price, a 3.5% supplement applies if you wish to pay by credit card.

All travelers on Penn State programs are required to purchase travel insurance through HTH Worldwide. Students will be sent enrollment information 2 weeks prior to departure. Non-students must purchase TravelGap or TripProtector from http://www.hthtravelinsurance.com.

Travel documents will be delivered at Penn State, Brandywine Campus, on Friday, February 18, 2010 at 12:00pm. It is most important to attend this meeting or send a substitute. If this is not possible, your professor(s) and Celestial Voyagers MUST be notified.
If your documents have to be sent individually, you must submit your request for this service in writing and supply your address. Somebody will need to be home to sign to receive the package and a $20.00 administration, handling and mailing fee applies.
