Check-out and early departure for a day drive to Paris: 340 miles, about 5 to 6 hour, depending on traffic. Upon arrival in Paris orientation city tour to locate the major landmarks of the French Capital. Check-in at your hotel for 2 nights: hotel Ibis Bercy or similar Local guide in Paris, this guide will not reside at the hotel with you. Dinner at a local restaurant close to the hotel.

A deposit of $500 is due upon registration. When registration is made After April 18, 2019 the full amount of the trip is due
Cancellations, Penalties, and Fees
All changes and cancellations must be provided in writing. The following penalties apply:
● $150 processing fee is non-refundable.
● $350 if cancellation is received between March 10 & April 8, 2020, + processing fee of $150. Total $500 penalty.
● 50% of the total trip cost between April 9 & May 24
● 100% of the total trip after May 24 or in case of a no show.
Online: During your registration, you can submit your payment by e-check or by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express). There is a 3% service fee for all online payments. To avoid this fee, you can mail a check or money order.
Phone: We accept credit card & e-check payments by phone. Credit card payments incur a 3% service fee (non-refundable) but there is no service fee for e-checks.
Post Mail: You could also mail a paper check or a money order. Checks should be made payable to “Celestial Voyagers” and mailed to the address in the “Contact Us” section.
We advise all travelers to purchase travel insurance in case of any unforeseen circumstances and if you are no longer able to travel. We offer the following insurance policies through Allianz Travel Insurance: Basic, Classic, and Classic with cancel anytime. Prices vary with age and amount insured.
Everyone needs a passport valid until January 16, 2021. If you are not an American citizen, a visa may be required. A green card or equivalent is compulsory.
Most countries require that a passport be valid for six months beyond the completion of a trip. If your passport expires sooner than that, you must apply to renew your passport. Please check with the respective consulate or a visa agency for the latest requirements.
