Single room supplement of $1,250 is to be paid directly to Celestial Voyagers upon reservation and is subject to availability.
Passport & Visa
Participants are responsible for obtaining the documents: passport for all US citizens and passport, visa and re-entry permit to the US for non-US citizens. All passports should be valid until January 25, 2020. A new US passport may take up to 8 to 10 weeks to be processed. Rush processing may be necessary. If a participant is not holding a US passport, he or she needs their national passport and may also need a visa to enter Germany. Such participant must also have a re-entry permit return to the US.
Visa application to enter Germany may take up to 4 weeks to be granted, depending on the nationality of the participant. You need to apply in due time, as early as possible. Compulsory appointments with the German Consulate may create undesirable delays. Check online and with the nearest German Consulate.
MCNY will provide air passage, lodging, local transportation for required activities, opening, and closing dinners, and continental breakfasts. Participants are responsible for all other meals and incidental expenses.
Participants will be assigned a roommate of the same gender. Requests for a particular roommate will be considered to the extent possible.
Participants who withdraw from the field experience after the ticketing of air passage may incur a significant penalty for doing so.
